The PACE leadership team would like recognize Dingus, Zarecor & Associates PLLC, as the Partner of the Month for December.
DZA is an annual financial supporter as a bronze sponsor of the PACE Awards held each May. In addition, DZA routinely awards employees for exemplifying the PACE character trait of the month.
We asked DZA to share with us a bit about what they do celebrate good character in their organization:
In July we started surveying our staff to get their nominations for the PACE Character Trait of the month. A survey is sent to the whole team and includes an opportunity to define why the nominated individual exemplifies the trait. All results are shared with the partners and the team member who receives the most nominations is chosen. All other nominated staff are sent their nomination comments as well. The chosen PACE recipient for the month receives a certificate, which is framed and posted in our break room for the entire month and they are acknowledged on Facebook.
